This panel shows you a breakdown of the information
associated with your account.
No Agents Listed: The number of agent profiles
that you have associated with your company.
No Properties Listed: The total number of properties
listed by all of your agents.
No Listing Credits: The number of property credits
you have available to create 'property listings' with.

Admin Agent Priviledges: This determines whether
or not your administrator account can also be used as an
Agent Account.
Switch to Agent Profile: If you have enabled your
administrator account to operate as an 'Agent' this option
will automatically log you in as an agent.

No Properties Listed: The total number of properties
that you have created.
No Listing Credits: The number of property credits
you have available to create 'property listings'.
Keywords: The Keywords used to promote you and
your listings.
Short Code: The number that potential buyers will
text message the keyword into.
Listing credits are obtained in one of two ways. 1) An
Agent can purchase more listing credits when the Buy More
Credit link appears on the main page under No. Listing Credits.
2) These credits are assigned by the Administrator for your
Real Estate Agencies Account. |

Create An Agent Profile |

Creating an agent profile allows an individual to manage
their own property listings.

Agent Properties |
| |
|
| |
An agent can create listings, edit listings, publish
listings, upload photos, pull reports, purchase credits
as well as create and manage keywords.

Although an agent can manage
their properties end to end, an Administrator can edit or
delete property listings from any agent.
An agent can also edit their own property listings prior
to publishing. |

When a Property is being edited, it may be
published as part of this process.
Publishing a Property is final and the Property can no longer
be edited.

A Property can only be edited if it has not been published.

How Listing Credit Works |
| |
|
| |
- Creating a Property Listing Costs 1 Credit.
- Publishing a Property spends a Credit.
- If a Property Listing is deleted and the Property Listing
has not been published, the credit will
be redeemed.
- If a Property Listing is published and is later deleted,
the credit is redeemed.

Assigning & Removing Credits from Agents |

For an Agent to be able to List Properties
they must have credit(s) assigned to their account.
An Agent can purchase their own listing
credits.
An Admin can purchase credits for their
company and assign them to specific agents linked to their
company.
An Administrator can add to or subtract
from an Agent's Credits.
Credits added to Agent's Profile are
subtracted from the Agency's Credit Amount.
Credits removed from an Agent's Profile
are added to the Agency's Credit Amount. |

- Keywords are made of a pair of words, a Prefix &
the Keyword.
- Prefixes such as Agent or House should be used.
- A user may enter any keyword that they want, but the
keyword must be unique. There are no spaces in keywords.
- Only one Keyword Pair can be used per Property Listing.
- The Keyword Pair is used to promote the listing via
text messaging. It allows potential buyers to request
information along with photos using their mobile device.
