What is a keyword? This is the word that prospective buyers will use when texting into the cityphone system to request information about your property. It is unique to you and should be included in all of your future advertising efforts for that home. Why? Because each time a request occurs you've captured a lead. |

Can I use this service to sell just one house? Cityphone offers various subscription levels to meet your needs. From 1 house to 20+ listings we have a plan to meet your needs. Visit the Price section of this website to find out more. |

Can I transfer my keywords to different properties? Yes. Based upon the subscription level you choose you will have a number of different keywords for your exclusive use on multiple properties. However once the house is sold or taken off the market, a keyword can be easily transferred to another listing. |

How do I sign up and pay? Simply click on the Sign up link located on the menu to the left. Follow the easy 4 step process that includes 1) fill out a basic profile 2) Enter your credit card details into the secure Paypal account. 3) Choose your keywords. 4) Start adding new listings. |

Is there a contract to sign? NO! cityphone offers this service on a month to month basis and can be canceled at any time. If business increases you can easily upgrade your service level and buy more keywords at any time. |

What if I forget to pay? Our easy to use system will automatically bill your credit card every month so there is nothing you need to do once you register. |

consumer A telemarketer or seller may call a consumer with whom it has an established business relationship for up to 18 months after the consumer's last purchase, delivery, or payment - even if the consumer's number is on the National Do Not Call Registry. In addition, a company may call a consumer for up to three months after the consumer makes an inquiry or submits an application to the company. And if a consumer has given a company written permission, the company may call even if the consumer's number is on the National Do Not Call Registry. |

Does the home buyer pay for this service? No. This service is provided at no additional cost to anyone using the system. They only pay for the text and data usage per their existing wireless plans. It works with any web enabled cell phone and nearly 100% of all wireless carriers. |
